Position: Repair Station Technician

Position Description:

Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics within an FAA Repair Station using approved instructions and drawings. Assure units complete the repair process and are returned to the customer within a two-week window. Enter repair data and parts used on associated repair paperwork to document the repair. An associate degree in electronics is preferred at a minimum.

 

Daily Activities include:

  • Board Level Troubleshooting

  • Product Testing

  • Product Repairs

  • Use of Hand Tools

  • Use of Test Equipment

  • Multi-tasking

  • Soldering/Desoldering

  • Reading Schematics

 

This position requires a self-driven quick learner with attention to detail. Positive interpersonal skills to work with co-workers and customers is a plus. Must be able to read/write English.
