Role summary
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Operations Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting activities involved with the day to day running of operations. This position requires a wide range of duties and interactions between teammates, departments, internal customers, and suppliers. The successful candidate will possess good communication & interpersonal skills and will be a team player who is able to liaise with others & build relationships. Good planning & organisational skills are key, with the ability to work to deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Buyers and Production to identify gaps and delays in the delivery of components
-
Support SC Manager and SIOP meetings with latest clear to build dates
-
Work with Buyers to coordinate the timing and means of delivery from Suppliers and ensure delivery issues are communicated and resolved
-
Manage consumables and stationery
-
Liaise with Accounts Payable for all invoice queries
-
Reconcile Supply Chain credit card statements
-
Work with Production and Warehousing teams to improve inventory control
-
Ensure delivery queries are resolved in timely manner to minimize delays at Goods In
-
Assist with monthly Cycle Counting process
-
Support Slow moving and expiry date stock reviews
-
Work with CI Manager to co-ordinate inputs for SIOP process
-
To participate in a range of initiatives throughout Operations designed to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the department
