Carrollton, TX, September 1, 2022 – Renée Rump, COO of Heads Up Technologies, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the company. Rob Harshaw, the current CEO, will assume the role of Executive Chairman.

Renée joined Heads Up Technologies in 2020 and served the organization as both CFO and COO. Renée was formerly CEO and CFO at Circuitronics, a Dallas, Texas based electronics contract manufacturing firm. Prior to Circuitronics, she was CFO for Aircraft Charter Solutions based in Middleburg, VA.
Renée earned an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Purdue University.
